About me

I am Bonnie Strachowsky!

A young mama married to a tall handsome German man and we currently living in our self built housebus in Gisborne, New Zealand.

Since having my son Edgar in 2019 this passion for birth has been brewing inside. I would think about it every day as I breastfed. I realised the importance of birth and how it can impact you and your baby for the rest of your life. And wondered how I could be part of the change that is very much needed right now!

I began drawing on the iPad and loved it! It brings such joy and feeling of accomplishment. So merging the two passions I have created the Birth Affirmation Collection. 

As I journey through motherhood, learning and growing I hope to share my experiences and realisations through my creations.
