How it works:
🌀 Write down your conception date (if known)
🌀 Look up the moon phases for the year ahead
🌀 Fill in the outer coloured circles with each NEW moon date
🌀 Fill in the inner white circles with each FULL moon date

Once baby is born you can write when the birth was and keep the print as a keepsake.

As the Moon phases pass you count how many moons it has been since conception to indicate how many moons/moths you are.
